If you've always wanted your products on the shelves of a Brick-and-Mortar boutique, here is your chance! The Suite by J. Nicole & Co. offers month-to-month shelf space rentals for small businesses that specialize in:

• Soy/Coconut/Other Non-Toxic Candles

• Non-Toxic Bath & Body Products

• All-Natural Skincare

• Haircare/Beard care

• Cosmetics/Beauty Products and Supplies

• Jewelry/Accessories

We are considered a niche store and are currently only accepting products that align with these categories. 

​

The Suite by J. Nicole & Co. prides ourselves on being fair and affordable when it comes to pricing for shelf rentals. We are sensitive to the fact that small businesses may be limited in resources and try our best to create a familial atmosphere where we share with and promote each other. Brand Partners are required to promote The Suite by J. Nicole & Co. just as they would promote their products. The Suite by J. Nicole & Co., as stated in the contract, is required to promote every Brand Partner.

*Applicants must have a website or social media page where customers can order products directly from the Brand Partner. The Suite by J. Nicole & Co. does not ship products directly. However, Brand Partners are welcome to use The Suite by J. Nicole & Co. as a pickup location. 

​

*Applicants who specialize in cosmetics/beauty products and supplies must have more than one product line item.

​

Once an application is accepted, potential Brand Partners will be instructed to sign up on the site as a member and subscribe to the pricing plan. A contract will also be emailed to the email address the Brand Partner signed up with.

If you decide after reviewing the subscription options that this is not for you, please email us at Hello@Suite828.com. If you would like to terminate your contract, please let us know one week before the start of the next month, as contracts renew monthly. Please send a written termination notice to Hello@Suite828.com.

Payout information is sent to applicants with their contracts.
