The Suite by J.Nicole & Co. does not ship the products of our Brand Partners. Customers must click the llink to the desired Brand Partners website and place the order directly through them.

Suite 828 Co. Shipping Policy

​

Suite 828 Co. will ship items ordered within 3 days of ordering. The 3 days are processing days. Notification of when your item has been shipped will be sent to the email address used when the order was placed. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your items before reporting it lost or stolen.

Return & Exchange Policy

The Suite by J.Nicole & Co. return & Exchange Policy

 

The Suite by J.Nicole & Co., the brick-and-mortar location, does not process returns or refunds of the Brand Partners. You must contact the Brand Partners directly to settle issues with the product you want to return or exchange.

Suite 828 Co. Return & Exchange Policy

​

Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 30 days with proof of purchase with a receipt and a valid ID. 

​​

  • You are welcomed to exchange any undamaged/unopened items with an item of equal or lessor value.

  • We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.

​

If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days by mail or within the Suite Belle brick-and-mortar location.

While we're not able to offer exchanges, customers are welcome to return any unwanted merchandise and purchase new items.
